Quality Management Policy

Hallmark's goal is to supply construction services of consistent quality that conform fully with company and statutory requirements. We maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) which applies to all our activities at all times. We are committed to the QMS and its continual improvement, and we insist that all staff and sub-contractors comply with it. The Directors further demonstrate their commitment to the improvement of the management system by holding management meetings to review all operational aspects of the business.

The Quality Policy of Hallmark is:

  • The development of an efficient and effective Quality Management System and generally accepted best practices in the management of Construction Projects, a system which not only ensures that the construction quality is consistent, but also helps to ensure minimal wastage in all our construction phases. 
  • Ensure that the management review meeting sets and reviews the quality objectives, and reports on the Internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness & suitability of the Quality Management System and objectives set.
  • Delivering services that meet or exceed customer’s specified requirements.
  • Ensuring that all our work activities comply fully with legal requirement and that all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
  • Achieve and maintain high standards of work that enhances our reputation and those of our customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain continual improvement through measurement against policy and performance, evaluation, review, training and procedural change where required
  • Ensure that all our employees are competent for their tasks and are made aware of our quality objectives.
  • Enhance relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Mechanisms to identify, isolate and control nonconforming materials or work
  • Promotion of efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and responsibility through leadership, communication and training, for direct employees, suppliers and sub-contractors
