Previously, in his capacity as Contracts Manager with other notable companies, Kieran has successfully managed numerous high-quality developments across the commercial, residential, educational and healthcare sectors.

Kieran serves as the Managing Director of Hallmark Developments. Kieran is responsible for the overall operations management of the company, liaising with legal representatives regarding contract production, team appointments and tender procurement, and assessing the status of statutory approvals among other activities.

Sheena Flynn

Sheena Flynn is a highly- skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial and accounting sectors. Her extensive career has included key roles at prominent institutions such as AIB and O’Connor Pyne, where she honed her skills in financial management, strategic planning, and accounting practices.

Currently, Sheena serves as a Director at Hallmark Developments, where she leads the financial operations with a focus on strategic growth and fiscal responsibility.

He has been involved in managing projects, including the Cork Main Drainage project, Irish Water’s Domestic Water Metering Project, and various exceptional residential, commercial, and educational developments.

Currently, Emmet serves as the Construction Director at Hallmark Developments, leading the construction operations, where he is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects.

Mark Sheehy

Commercial Director

Mark Sheehy has 15+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, gained through his work on medium to large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical, residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Currently, Mark serves as the Commercial Director at Hallmark Developments where he leads the commercial operations. His role involves overseeing financial planning, budget management, and contract negotiations, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Lisa O’Dea is a dedicated employee with over 30 years of extensive experience in accounts and office management. Her expertise in accounts payable/receivable, payroll administration, and budget tracking has been instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency of Hallmark Developments.

Currently serving as the Office Manager at Hallmark Developments, Lisa plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative functions within the company.

Ryan Walsh

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ryan Walsh has 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, gained entirely at Hallmark Developments. His expertise in cost management and project evaluation has significantly contributed to various projects during his tenure.

Currently, Ryan serves as a Quantity Surveyor at Hallmark Developments, where he is responsible for managing project costs and conducting financial analyses. His role involves close collaboration with Project Managers and Sub-Contractors.

Katarzyna Turczynska

Document Controller and Quality/Compliance Manager

Katarzyna is an efficient and effective professional with extensive experience in customer service, quality control, management and document control across various industries. She holds qualifications in Sales and Economics and is highly adaptable. Katarzyna is fluent in both English and Polish.

Currently serving as the Document Controller and Quality/Compliance Manager at Hallmark Developments, Katarzyna is responsible for the management and maintenance of all controlled company documents, as well as overseeing quality assurance and compliance processes, working closely with all team members and sub-contractors.

Meadhbh Desmond

Office Administrator and Quantity Surveyor student

Meadhbh is a dedicated and detail-orientated Quantity Surveying student at South-East Technological University Waterford. With a strong foundation in construction economics, cost management and project planning, Meadhbh brings her organisational and management skills to Hallmark, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Currently working with Hallmark on a part-time basis while she completes her Third-Level studies, already Meadhbh is proving to be a highly effective and efficient member of our team.

AIDAN MAHER

SITE MANAGER

Aidan is a Chartered Construction Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure delivery. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Limerick, Aidan combines technical expertise with first-hand project leadership across a range of civil and utilities projects.

Aidan serves as a Site Manager at Hallmark Developments, where his role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality.

Daniel Varian

Environment, Health and Safety Officer

Daniel is a motivated Health & Safety professional with over four years’ experience in the construction sector having worked across multiple projects in Cork. He is very experienced in site safety compliance, risk management, and implementing effective health and safety procedures.

Daniel is recognised for strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture.
