About Hallmark
Who We Are
Hallmark Developments was founded in 2010 by Kieran Flynn and is based in Mallow, Co. Cork. What started as a project management and development company has grown into a respected residential developer focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable family homes and well-planned communities.
Our current and recent projects include Rose Hill in Annabella, Mallow, which will deliver close to two hundred new homes across several phases, including a mix of private, affordable, and social housing. We are also progressing Castle Park in Mallow, a significant new development that will deliver almost five hundred homes, further strengthening our presence in the region. In addition, we have delivered homes at Rock Gate in Midleton, contributing to the growing need for quality housing in East Cork.
Our focus remains on building homes that offer lasting value, comfort, and a genuine sense of community. We believe that good development goes beyond bricks and mortar — it is about creating places where people can settle, connect, and feel at home for many years.
